Patty DelValle is an abstract expressive artist working out of her home studio in Woodstock, GA. She uses an intuitive creative process rooted in the spiritual connection of her faith. That connection brings a sense of joy and hope that translates into her work. Using a combination of mark making, realistic and abstracted shapes and serene color stories allows an authentic expression of herself, her faith, and her interpretation of life. Patty is passionate about cultivating imagination and stirring creativity in others. That passion led her to develop and direct a studio art program for several years. She also organized a county wide juried art exhibit focused on home school students, with the goal of encouraging their love for art, and promoting the development of their artistic skill and providing an audience for their efforts. Currently Patty is an active participant in multiple artistic groups and associations. She continues to facilitate the partnership of art with the her community as a board member of a local art alliance as well as showing her work in shows, juried competitions and local galleries in the metro Atlanta area.
